Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21, 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. After her parents divorced, she moved with her mom in Los Angeles. It was a struggle to get by when she got her first part in the acting world in the film Rachel's Room's main character. The TV film Murder in Greenwich where she portrayed 15-year-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford played the lead actor in Lost in its two initial seasons. In 2004 she received the Screen Actors Guild Award with the entire ensemble. Grace has worked together with Tom Welling on The Fog in the year 2005, decided to make the move into film.
